摘 要:介绍了井下挤注用防垢剂的选择与实验评价方法,其中包括配伍性实验,用于检验防垢剂与地层水混合是否产生沉淀;静态最低有效浓度(MIC)实验;防垢剂与其它处理剂的复配效果实验;防垢动力学(结垢诱导期)实验;动态吸附-解吸实验,用于检测防垢剂在地层中的有效滞留时间,并通过实验结果设计挤注方案,提高防垢剂的吸附性和挤注寿命。通过上述实验对不同防垢剂的防垢(钙垢)效果进行分析评价,并进行了现场试验验证。This paper described the selection and experimental evaluation techniques of scale inhibitors for down-hole squeeze treatment of oil wells.They included the compatibility experiment,which examined whether the inhibitor was compatible with the formation water and other chemicals for formation damage,the MIC(minimum inhibitor concentration) experiment determined the efficiency of scale inhibitors,and the dynamic loop experiment by measuring the induction time of scale formation in a slim tube,was used to e-valuate the performance of scale inhibitor at down-hole flow conditions.An adsorption-desorption exper-iment was also carried out in order to evaluate the effective detent time of scale inhibitor in the formation.The experimental results can be used to design squeeze treatment for increasing the effective squeeze life.
