摘　　要：以不同剂量的重组cIFNγ对SPF鸡进行免疫注射,用ELISA法检测cIFNγ在体内的消长。研究结果表明:注射给药后2 h即可在多个器官中检测到cIFNγ;8～24 h,cIFNγ在体内的分布达到高峰;2～4 d后,cIFNγ在体内的分布显著下降;cIFNγ的注射剂量与血药浓度并不呈线性相关,但高剂量的cIFNγ具有显著诱导体内自身cIFNγ表达的能力,尤其是诱导脾脏和淋巴器官中cIFNγ的表达;在高剂量cIFNγ的作用下,鸡体内cIFNγ可维持30 d以上。在接种新城疫疫苗后的2～8 d,也可在鸡的各个组织和器官中检测到cIFNγ低剂量的表达。Dose-dependent experiments were performed to detect the cIFNγdistribution in different tissues of the SPF chicken by direct ELISA method after the immune injection of recombinant chicken interferon gamma （cIFNγ）. Results show that using the cIFNγ injection at different doses, the cIFNγ could be detected in different tissues after 2 hours, and the concentration of cIFNγ reached the peak after 8-24 hours. Then the concentration of cIFNγ dropped after 2-4 days. The blood concentration of cIFNγ had no direct relationship with the dose of cIFNγ injection, but the high dose of cIFNγ injection had strong inducible effects on the endogenesis cIFNγ expression. The cIFNγ could be even detected in 30 d after the high dose cIFNγ injection. The vaccine of newcastal disease virus （NDV） could also induce the cIFNγ expression at low level after the chickens were challenged by the vaccine 2- 8 d.
