摘 要:描述了单目视觉理论在平面孔位置度检测中的应用。对于核电蒸汽发生器管板检测,目前所用的检测手段都是基于接触式测量,具有工作量大、检测速度慢、存在接触变形等特点。提出了基于单目视觉的无损检测方法。讨论了检测系统的组成、测量原理及误差来源,重点论述了管孔中心这一特殊点的精确定位及坐标的几何纠正。实际应用证明,该方法具有速度快、精度高、非接触、现场抗干扰能力强等优点。The work described in this paper is on the application of monocular vision theory in hole position inspection on a planar object. Various types of tools have been developed for measuring the nuclear steam generator tube pan, and almost all of these methods require the tools to come in contact with the tube pan. However, these methods have many disadvantages such as huge labor, lower speed, contact distortion etc.. With analyzing these currently methods, a new non-contacted technique bases on monocular vision is presented. Hardware and principle of the measure system is introduced in this paper and geometric rectification is described in detailed. Finally, the vision system is used to inspect a tube pan in product line. The results show that the system has many advantages such as high speed, higher precision, non-touching and strong anti-jamming etc.
