仿毛型复合纤维生产工艺的探讨

摘　　要：在大连合成纤维研究所配置的设备上生产260dtex/48 f×2并列型POY,并在英国Scragg公司的加弹机上加工成167dtex/48 f×2 DTY,严格控制切片的选择、干燥及POY生产工艺,控制DTY的加工工艺技术可以获得高质量的DTY产品。The 260dtex/48f ×2 side-by-side type POY, which is manufactured in the machine collocated by the Dalian compound fiber research institute, is successively made into 167dtex/48t × 2 DTY with the textured machine made by the Scragg Company in England. Controlling strictly the materials, drying condition and production process, it can obtain high quality DTY products.
