摘  要:随着电力系统的发展和对安全稳定性要求的不断提高,传统的以SCADA/EMS为代表的基于稳态的监控系统将难以满足实时性的要求,而基于相量测量装置(PMU)的电网广域测量系统(WAMS)却能很好地解决电力系统广域空间同步测量的问题,使电网控制中心能在统一的时标下,根据各个PMU的测量信息对电力系统的状态进行分析,并进行全电网的稳定控制、事故预警等。为此,对WAMS的组成结构、发展状况和应用前景等进行了较为详细的概述。With the development of power system and the increasingly stricter requirement on security and stability, traditional monitoring systems based on steady state, such as SCADA/EMS, will not satisfy the real-time requirement any longer. Wide area measurement system (WAMS) based on phasor measurement unit (PMU) can effectively handle the problem of wide area synchronous measurement in power system, enabling power grid control center to analyze the status of power system according to uniform timescale and the measurement information of each PMU, and to perform stability control and early warning of accidents in the whole power network. In this paper, the composition, development status and application prospects of WAMS are described in detail.
