摘　　要：文章对当前我国高校体育教学现状及存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的高校体育教学改革的方向及改革措施,以期为高校体育更好地贯彻新课标的要求,使高校体育教学真正为实现"健康第一"的主导思想提供一定的理论参考和建议。The article analyses current situation and main problem of college PE teaching, and have brought forward corresponding colleges educational reform direction and reform measures. Furthermore, it aims at carrying out the new teaching aim better and provide the new idea ＂health first＂with certain theory reference and suggestion.
