摘　　要：我国宪法与立法法对违宪审查程序已有原则性规定,而法规备案审查工作程序、司法解释备案审查工作程序的修订增加了违宪审查的工作程序,使我国违宪审查开始具有可操作性。但是我国违宪审查程序仍有待进一步完善。China has already set principled specifications for unconstitutional examination process in its constitution and legislative law. With the revision of the working process of examining the recording of laws and regulations and the working process of examinating the recording of judicial interpretations, the working process of unconstitutional examination has been further clarified so to make the unconstitutional examination more practical. However, concrete procedures of the unconstitutional examination are yet to be perfected.
