摘  要:目的研究分析丹参地上部分采收期的不同对所含有效成分的影响。方法借助TLC法,脂溶性、水溶性成分分别以正己烷-醋酸乙酯-甲酸(30∶10∶0.5)和氯仿-醋酸乙酯-甲酸(5∶4∶2)为展开剂,展距10cm、8cm。结果丹参地上部分不含脂溶性有效成分,含水溶性有效成分;采收期的不同对其水溶性有效成分影响很大,随着植物体的生长,含量逐渐降低,至8月份生殖生长期最低,之后逐渐回升。结论丹参地上部分有一定的利用价值。OBJECTIVE To study the active constituents of above-ground portion of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and to investigate the influence of picking time on the content of active constituents. METHODS Using TLC chromatography, for the lipophilic constituents, the developing solvent n-Hexane-acetic acid acetic ester-formic acid was 30: 10:0.5 and developed distance was 10cm. For the hydrophilic constituents, the chloroform-acetic acid acetic ester-formic acid(5: 4: 2) was ued as mobile phase and developed distance was 8cm. RESULTS The above-ground portion of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge didnt contain lipophilic active constituents and contained some hydrophilic active constituents. The picking time influenced obviously on hydrophilic components, and the content was the gust. CONCLUSION The above-ground portion of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge had a certain application least in auvalue.
