摘  要:目的观察不同原料栽培的草栽灵芝、鹿角灵芝与段木灵芝子实体形态与构造,分析3种灵芝活性成分多糖含量,提取率及红外光谱识别。方法采用体视显微镜切片观察子实体内部构造。蒽酮-硫酸法测定多糖,lowry法测肽含量。结果草栽和段木栽培灵芝形态正常。控制栽培条件可产生鹿角灵芝,其菌柄顶瑞无子实层分化,未见到菌管和担子及担孢子的结构。菌草灵芝和段木灵芝高分子部位多糖提取率分别为0.94%、0.55%和0.78%,以菌草灵芝为最高;肽含量以段木灵芝为最高。结论栽培条件对灵芝子实体形态与构造有一定的影响,但对活性成分的红外光谱分析变化不大。OBJECTIVE Fruit body of Ganoderma lucidum,what were cultivated with grass(FB-GR) and wood log(FB-WL) and antler-shaped fruit body(FB-AS) ,were studied on morpholgy, active polysaccharides content, extraction rate and infrared spectrum to reveal their difference. METHODS The internal structure of the fruit bodies was observed with stereomicroscope by slice technique. The content of polysaccharides and polysaccharide peptides were determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method and Lowry's method respectively. RESULTS The appearance of FB-GR and FB-WL fruit body were normal. Antler-shaped fruit body could be produced by controlled cultivation environment. The stipe apex of FB-AS did not hymenium differentiation, the tube and basidia and basidia spore were absent. The extraction rate of high-molecular polysaccharides fraction of FB-GR,FB-AS and FB-WL were 0.94% ,0. 55% and 0.78% respectively. FB-GR has the highest level of polysaccharides,while FB-WL has the highest level of polysaccharide peptides. CONCLUSION The cultivation environment could effect on appearance and construction of fruit body, but it could not work on infrared spectra of active component.
