摘　　要：运用Delphi法构建了科技企业孵化器运作绩效评价指标体系,依据AHP法确定了各指标的权重,然后结合灰色系统评估法和模糊综合评估法对科技企业孵化器运作绩效进行了综合评定,最后通过实例证明了该评价方法是可行的和有效的。The index system of the science and technology business incubator performance is designed by using Delphi, and the index weigh is worked out according to the AHP. The science and technology business incubator performance is assessed using the method of gray system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Taking science and technology business incubator of Qingdao as an example is to confirm the method. The results show that the method is available.
