摘　　要：目的初步建立医院临床科室成本效益评价指标体系。方法利用6所医院临床科室的数据,采用德尔菲法进行指标的筛选。结果最终确立了评价指标体系,包括一级指标2项,二级指标17项。结论完善医院临床科室成本效益评价指标,为医院管理决策提供参考依据。Objective To develop an assessing indicators system of development on cost-benefit in clinical department for the purpose. Methods Data resources of six hospitals were used and index were selected with Delphi method, Results A set of evaluation indicator system had been set up on cost benefit analysis including two items graded A and seventeen items gra- ded B. Conclusion Evaluation indicator system and evaluation method had been consummated in order to provide some objective evidences for clinical departments of hospitals.
