摘　　要：目的以亲身经历回顾西北大学结构植物学学科的发展历程。方法文献综述与科学史方法。结果分起始阶段(1960—1979)、发展阶段(1980—1995)、持续发展阶段(1996至今)3个时期,全面回顾了胡正海(1930—)与西北大学结构植物学的发展历史。结论西北大学结构植物学科是中国西部最早发展起来的此类学科,历经50年努力,已成为西北大学植物学全国重点学科的主要组成部分,为中国在该研究领域的发展和人才培养做出了重要贡献。Aim To review the development process of Structure Botany in Northwest University by personal experience. Methods By means of studying literatures and science history methods. Results The development process of Structure Botany in Northwest University was reviewed completely, it could be roughly divided into three stages： the initial stage （ 1960--1979）, development stage （ 1980--1995 ） and stage of continuing to develop （ 1996 to this day）. Conclusion Structure Botany in Northwest University is the earliest developed discipline among similar ones in western China. It has become the chief constituent of National Key Botanical Discipline of Northwest University and is an important contribution to the developing and personal training of this research field in China.
