摘 要:根据先导膜片式减压阀的结构和工作原理,建立了用于水力过渡过程分析的先导膜片式减压阀数学模型,给出了用特征线法进行减压阀管路水力过渡过程计算的方法,并计算了设有减压阀的简单输水管路的水力过渡过程。算例结果表明,减压阀后输水管路的最大水锤压力显著降低,减压阀前后的压力值及其变化过程明显不同,减压阀对水力过渡过程的影响关系到此类工程的合理设计和安全运行,值得深入研究。Based on the structure and operation properties of pilot operated diaphragm PRV, mathematic model used in the process of fluid transient analysis of PRV pipeline system is established. Also, the method for calculating the process of PRV hydraulic transient using the method of characteristics is suggested; and the process of hydraulic transient of simple water transporting pipeline system with the pressure reducing valves is calculated in this paper. The results obtained from calculating examples show that the maximum water hammer pressure of pipeline after the PRV is significantly lower than that in front of it, and that the pressures at inlet and outlet sides of the PRV and their changing processes are evidently different, and that the impact of PRV on the process of fluid transient closely related to the rational design and safety operation of engineering of this type needs further research.
