摘　　要：α点测仪是自行研制的测量α放射性表面污染的辐射防护测量仪。本文结合α点测仪的实际使用情况,进行了可靠性的建模及平均无故障工作时间的估算,分析了该仪器在使用过程中出现的主要问题并提出了应采取的技术措施。The α dot detector was designed and produced by ourselves for measuring α-ray contamination on surface.According to the application in the practice,the modeling for the reliability and estimation for the average no-malfunction working time was made.The main problem presenting in the use of instrument was evaluated,and the technique step was put forward.
