摘　　要：研究我国高技术产业技术创新能力最强的两个城市北京和上海的技术创新差异.通过实证检验,从技术创新的能力、模式和效率三个方面比较了两个城市在高技术总体产业及分产业的差异,分析了差异产生的关键影响因素,为其他区域间技术创新差异研究提供了重要的研究思路.To study the difference of hi-tech innovation between Beijing and Shanghai has stratigic importance to their development, With the empirical study, it finds significant difference in innovation capabilities, innovation mode and innovation efficiencies in hi-teeh industry between the two cities. And then it analyzes the two determinants of innovation variations between the two cities. The study provides an important method to study innovation difference between regions.
