摘　　要：如何选拔和培养好民主党派代表人物是顺利完成各民主党派政治交接工作的重要前提,是新世纪统战工作面临的重要而严肃的政治课题。"君子"是中国儒家推崇的理想人格,"君子品德"及"君子品性"对提升民主党派代表人物自身的道德水准和政治修养具有重要的指导作用。How to choose and cultivate representatives of democratic parties is the important prerequisite of assuring successful transition of democratic parties politic work. It is also the important and serious subject of united front work in new century. ＂Junzi＂ is the ideal personality workhiped by Chinese Confucianist. ＂Junzi＂quality can play an important guiding role in promoting the moral level and politic refinement of democratic party representatives.
