摘　　要：交通运输与经济发展休戚相关。直隶商会诞生后,积极参与,献计献策,推动了以天津为中心四通八达的近代交通网络的形成,为直隶区域大市场的统一和拓展奠定了基础,进一步密切了天津与广大腹地的联系。The communications industry is closely related with economical development. Through its active participation and by offering ideas, Zhili Chamber of Commerce in modern times pushed forward the formation of the modern communications network in all directions around Tianjin, thus laying a foundation for the unification and expansion of the markets in Zhili area, and establishing closer ties between Tianjin and the surrounding areas.
