摘　　要：癌症的发生不但与癌基因激活、抑癌基因失活、代谢酶基因异常有关,与修复酶基因可能也有关系,因而也日益受到关注。DNA修复酶基因在维持DNA的稳定性中发挥着重要作用,若其出现异常,则不能正确地识别及修复DNA的损伤,最后可能导致肿瘤的发生。Emergence of cancer relates not only to activation of oncogene, inactivation of anti-oneogene and metabolic enzyme gene, but also to DNA repair gene which plays an important role in stability of DNA. If it becomes abnormal then the repair of DNA can＇ t go on normally and may lead to cancer at last.
