摘　　要：在3GPP标准中规定,传输组合格式指示TFCI采用基于RM(Reed-Muller)的超码编码方式。这里介绍了RM码的生成矩阵的由来,TFCI详细编码过程和采取的简易差错控制方法,并给出了具体实现流程。In 3GPP, TFCI （transport format combination indicator） adopts a method called super code based on RM （Reed Muller）. This paper introduces the cause of born matrix of the RM code, the detailed coding process of TFCI and the simple method for mistake eontrol, also it gives the implementing process in a special way.
