摘　　要：针对一种基于CCD图像的锥螺纹参数测量系统的开发,介绍了图像"三针法"的测量原理,并对图像"三针法"测量锥螺纹中径进行了测量不确定度的评定。Based on CCD image, a measuring system for taper threads parameters is developed. Through comparing the ways for measuring the thread＇s diameter in common use, the three ball method is used here and mended in the environment of image . Also the uncertainty of the measuring method is evaluated.
