胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤超声和核磁共振表现

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤超声和核磁共振(MRI)特点,以提高诊断水平。方法:回顾分析8例经病理证实为胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤图像资料。结果:8例均女性.平均年龄29±11岁,肿瘤大小平均74±37 mm。超声影像上5例呈囊实性,界清,有包膜,内部回声不均。1例呈均匀低回声,2例呈混合回声。4例行MRI检查,均为囊实性,边界清,有包膜,T1 WI与T2WI均为高低混杂信号。结论:胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤年轻女性多见,典型表现为肿瘤较大、边界清晰、有包膜、囊实性。Objective：To investigate the sonograghie and magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） features of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas. Methods：Eight cases of pathology diagnosed solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas were retrospectly analyzed. Results： All patients were female and the mean age was 29 ±11 years. Mean size was 74±37mm. On ultrasonography, the tumors appeared solid and cystic in five patients. The tumors were well defined and encapsulated. One tumor was homogeneous hypoechoic. Another two were heterogeneous. MRI was performed in four cases. All lesions were well defined and encapsulated and appeared heterogeneously intense on T1- and T2-weighted images. All lesions were solid and cystic. Conclusion.. Solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas is often occurred in young women. It is characterized by large, encapsulated mass with solid and cystic appearance.
