摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内窥镜辅助下切除鼻窦颅底占位性病变的可行性与价值。方法:回顾总结在鼻内窥镜辅助下治疗10例侵犯鼻窦的颅底占位性病变结果。其中鼻咽纤维血管瘤2例,骨纤维异常增殖症1例,浆细胞瘤1例,内翻性乳头状瘤5例,圆柱瘤1例。结果:所有病例术后CT检查均显示肿瘤彻底切除,术后随访1～2年无复发。结论:对于侵犯鼻窦的部分颅底占位性病变,可以在内窥镜辅助下采用联合进路手术。Objective：To study the feasibility and value of endoscopic-assisted treatment in the occupation lesions of the skull base involving the parasinus. Methods：We summarized retrospectively 10 cases of the occupation lesions of the skull base involving the parasinus treated under endoscope. There were 2 cases of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, 1 case of osteodysplasia fibrosa, 1 case of plasmacytoma,5 cases of inverted papilloma and 1 case of cylindroma. Results： All the lesions were excised entirely indicated by CT and no recurrence after 1 to 2 years. Conclusion： For the occupation disease of the skull base involving sinus, we can take advantage of the nasal endoscope.
