摘　　要：生育成本是影响家庭生育意愿与决策的重要因素之一。2006年,大连市人口计生委和吉林大学东北亚研究院联合开展的调查研究表明,受生育成本持续上升趋势的影响,尽管符合计划生育政策生育二胎的人群不断增多,但大连的生育水平不会有显著提高。The fertility cost is one of the key factors that have impacts upon family birth inclinations. According to Dalian Population and Family Planning Committee and Center for Northeast Asian Studies of Jilin University＇ s survey and research, With the cost continuing to rise with a momentum, Dalia＇ s birth rate will not markedly rise despite the fact that more and more people are becoming eligible to have the 24 child in conformity with the family planning policies.
