摘　　要：基于英飞凌XC164CS及其智能功率器件TLE6208-3设计了电动车用后视镜模块,详细介绍其软、硬件实现过程。该模块不仅实现了对后视镜的准确便捷的调节,而且可实现故障诊断功能。Software and hardware of the rearview mirror module are designed and introduced on the hasis of Infineon XC164CS and its intelligent power device TLE6208-3. Through this module, the mirror can be regulated correctly and easily and the fault diagnosis can be realized.
