摘　　要：目的了解农村地区妇幼卫生资源的现状。方法采用个人深入访谈、焦点小组访谈对重庆市2个县的农村妇幼卫生资源现状进行调查。结果基层妇幼保健人员匮乏,整体素质不高,妇幼保健人员队伍不稳定,用人机制不灵活;财政补偿不到位,筹资渠道单一;由于资金缺乏,基层医院基础设施差、设备简陋。结论加强农村妇幼保健人员队伍建设,政府重视,加大妇幼卫生资金投入,基层医疗机构广开思路,拓宽筹资渠道。Objective To understand the current situation of maternal and child health（MCH） resources in poor rural areas. Methods Focus group discussion and in-depth interview were employed to survey the MCH situation of rural areas of two counties in Chongqing. Results MCH human resources at township and county levels were insufficient, the quality of the staff was not high, MCH workers removed frequently, and the employing system lacked of flexibility. Due to lacking of money, the facilities and equipments in some township hospitals were dated. Conclusion It is necessary that government should pay attention to strengthen the construction of MCH human resource and increase MCH fund, and township hospitals should raise money through any ways.
