摘　　要：目的了解攀枝花市城区交巡警中伤害流行和分布特点,以及与职业关系,为伤害的预防提供依据。方法问卷调查攀枝花市交警支队、巡警支队所有警察从警以来伤害累计发生情况及最近1年伤害发生情况。结果攀枝花市城区交巡警共279人,调查271人,占总人数的97.1%。从警以来伤害累计发生率56.1%,最近1年伤害发生率为38.0%;伤害顺位为跌伤、人为机械力伤、交通伤害、烧烫伤、动物咬伤,巡警发生率均高于交警;外勤人员发生率最高,其中从警以来伤害累计发生率72.4%,最近1年伤害发生率为58.6%;有一线执勤经历的伤害发生率高于从未在一线执勤者。结论交巡警是伤害高发人群;应给予高度关注,加大投入改善防护装备,开发保健政策,同时加强健康教育。Objective To Understand the prevalence, distribution feature and occupational association of injury among the tragic and patrol police in Panzhihua City, so as to provide scientific bases for the prevention of injury. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among 97.1% （271/279） policemen of traffic police detachment and patrol police detachment in Panzhihua City to collect information on the incidence of injury in the years since being engaged injury in the years since being in this post and in recent one year respectively. Results The incidence rate of engaged in this post was 56. 1% and the incidence rate of injury in recent one year was 38.0%. The rank of injury was injury from falls, intentional injury by blunt instrument, traffic injury, burn/scald and animal bite. The incidence of injury in patrol police was higher than that in tragic police. The incidence rates among the policemen working in the field were the highest（72. 4%, 58.6% respectively）, and the incidence rates among the policemen with the experience of the first line duty were higher than those without such experience. Conclusion Traffic and patrol police are the high risk group of injury, and more concern should be given. It is necessary to improve the protection equipment, develop care policy, as well as conduct health education.
