摘  要:目的了解发生于学校的群体性癔症暴发的特征和原因,探讨防制类似事件发生的对策。方法采用流行病学、卫生学和实验室检验方法进行调查。结果调查显示,因蒸饭水变色引起在校就餐学生174人发病,罹患率21.64%(174/804)。其中男生发病57例,女生发病117例,发病学生男女之比为1∶2.05,发病年龄集中在611岁。临床表现主要为头晕、头痛、口周麻木、四肢麻木、恶心、呕吐和腹痛等。结论蒸饭水变色,学校盲目散布"有毒"信息,是本起小学生群体性癔症暴发的直接原因。学校应建立健全应急预案和处置机制,加强学校健康教育,提高学生心理承受能力和社会适应能力,规范学校管理,杜绝类似事件发生。Objective By investigating and analyzing the outbreak of mass hysteria in a school, so as to discuss how to prevent similar event to occur. Method The event was investigated by epidemiology, hygiene and laboratory testing method. Results The investigation shows that there were 804 students who had dinner in school on that day, and there are 174 students who flared up of mass hysteria. According to the information, the attack rate of this incident is 21.64% (174/804). Among the 174 students, there were 57 male and 117 female students with a proportion of 1 : 2.05. It shows that the morbidity of female students was remarkably higher than male students(x^2 = 23.81, P 〈 0. 01 ) , and the age of students who flared up of this disease concentrated between 6 and 11 years old. The clinical expression of this disease includes dizziness, headache, numbness around mouse, anesthesia of limbs, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and so on. Conclusion The direct reason of the incident is that the school blindly buzzed the rumor of virulent food for the color of the water used to steam rice had deteriorated. As a result, the school should establish and improve emergency preparation and disposal mechanism, strengthen health education, heighten students' metal bearing capability and social adapting capability, standardize school's management and exterminate the similar event.
