摘　　要：目的应用动态血压监测（ABPM）的方法评价西尼地平胶囊治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法采用开放的方法，22例原发性高血压患者经2周洗脱期，服用西尼地平胶囊5mg，qd，2周末坐位舒张压（DBP）≥90mmHg者加量至10mg，qd，继续服用6周。于洗脱期末及治疗8周末各行ABPM和实验室检查1次。结果ABPM显示8周末24h平均血压、日间平均血压、夜间平均血压、白昼平均收缩压（SBP）负荷、夜间平均DBP负荷均比治疗前明显降低，差异有显著性或极显著性（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。降低SBP和DBP谷峰比分别为0．61和0．50。不良反应发生率低。结论西尼地平胶囊每天5—10mg治疗原发性高血压安全有效。Objective To assess the antihypertensive effect of cilnidipine in patients with essential hypertension. Methods After 2 weeks washout , 22 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were treated by open-label method with cilnidipine capsule 5 mg qd for 2 weeks. Dosage was titrated to 10 mg qd for another 6 weeks in patients when DBP ≥ 90 mmHg. Both ambulatory blood pressure monitoring （ABPM） and laboratory test were performed after washout time and at the end of 8 weeks treatment. Results There were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） in the reduction of 24 h , daytime （6 ： 00 -22 ： 00） , night-time （22 ： 00 -6 ： 00） average SBP or DBP, day-time systolic blood pressure load and nighttime diastolic blood pressure load. The T/P ratio in SBP and DBP is 0.61 and 0.50, respectively. The incidences of adverse effects were very low. Conclusion Cilnidipine capsule 5 mg or 10 mg once daily is effective and safe in patients with essential hypertension.
