摘  要:[目的]调查52例非过失性医疗纠纷的原因并探讨预防措施。[方法]病人采用问卷的方式调查,内容涉及医疗费用的来源、治疗方式、病人对医学知识的了解程度及引起纠纷的原因。[结果]自费病人(77%)显著高于医保(13%)及公费病人(10%,P﹤0.01);术科病人(56%)显著高于非术科病人(40%,P﹤0.05);对医学知识有理性认识的患者比例(23.8%)显著少于医学知识贫乏的病人(69.5%,P﹤0.05);纠纷起因于治疗结果不满意者25例(49%),对服务态度不满意者11例(21%),对收费不满意者14例(26%)。[结论]针对上述原因,作者提出了改进服务态度,提高医疗质量以降低纠纷的防护措施。[Objective] To investigate some reasons on 52 non-fault medical disputes and to explore preventive measures. [Methods] The patients were investigated through questionnaires and the contents included medical fees, treatment methods, medical knowledge of patients and reasons of disputes. [Results] The disputes in patients who saw doctors with those own expenses (77%) were significantly more than in patients who had niedieal insurance (13%, P 〈 0.05) and who saw doctors with public expense (10%, P 〈 0.05); the disputes in the operation patients (56%) were significandy more than in non-operation patients (44%, P 〈 0.05); the disputes in the patients who had the rational knowledge about medical technique (23.8%) were significantly lower than in patients with the poor medical knowledge (69.5%, P 〈 0.05). 49% patients were unsatisfactory on medical results, 21% on service attitudes of doctors or nurses and 26% on medical fees. [ Corlclusion] According to these causes, some preventive measures Such as improving service attitudes and raising medical quality should be strengthened.
