摘　　要：[目的]了解广州市性工作者STD/AIDS认知水平和行为状况,并对开展健康教育与行为干预实施效果及可行性进行评价。[方法]采用问卷调查形式了解STD/AIDS认知水平和行为状况,通过健康教育讲座授课,派发宣传资料,有奖抢答等形式进行干预,干预后再以问卷形式评估干预效果。数据统计使用SPSS9.0软件。[结果]性工作者文化程度普遍偏低;主要来自农村;服务场所以发廊和出租屋为主;安全套坚持使用率低(31.4%);危险性意识水平较低;STD/AIDS认知水平不高;干预后有明显提高。[结论]性工作者急需加强健康教育和行为干预;我们的干预是可行有效的;以后干预工作重点为低档服务场所如发廊和出租屋等。[Objective] To investigate the knowledge and behaviors on STD/AIDS of sex workers in Guangzhou city and evaluate the effects of health education and behavior intervention. [Methods] A questionnaire was used before and after intervention. The intervention measures included giving health education and brochures about STD/AIDS and so on. the data wenanalyzed by SPSS9.0, [ Results] The sex workers had a low level on education and major of them tame from countryside; the service locations were principally at barber＇s and rented houses. 31.4% of them used the condom every time, it showed they lacked of chanciness consciousness and knowledge on STD/AIDS, But there was a significant increase after intervention. [ Conclusion] This study demonstrates that health education and behavior intervention should be emphasized to sex workers. We per form the interventions feasibly and effectively and operating emphases will be on resisting barber＇s and rented houses in the future.
