摘　　要：[目的]了解娱乐场所女性性服务者对艾滋病知、信、行,为针对性干预策略的制定和实施提供科学依据;[方法]新疆14个地区内按娱乐场所档次(大中型娱乐场所,一般娱乐场所及路边店)抽取,并对其中的女性服务者共700人采用面对面现场问卷调查。获得有效问卷689份,有效率为98.4%。[结果]娱乐场所性服务者对艾滋病基本知识缺乏全面的了解,3条传播途径完全知晓率仅有74.9%,认识到安全套预防艾滋病经性传播有很大作用的仅占57.2%和从事商业性服务中经常使用安全套的仅占58.6%。[结论]100%推广使用安全套,并通过培训、外展和同伴教育等方式有利于改变此类人群的高危行为,但需要进一步加强对小姐的干预工作来提高她们的安全套使用率.[ Objective] To clarify the status of female commercial sex worker＇s knowledge, attitude and practice on AIDS and to provide information as well as strategy for AIDS control [Methods] 700 female commercial sex workers were interviewed face to face and investigated with questionnaires. 689 of the questionnaires were efficient. The effeetive rate was 98.4%. [ Results] Only 74.9% of the female commercial sex workers interviewed completely knew the knowledge about the transmission routes. Only 57.2% of the female commercial sex workers knew the condom was very efficient in preventing against AIDS through sexual transmission and only 63.9% often used it in commercial sex services. [Conclusion] 100% condom promoting is good for changing their high risk behaviors, and further health education and intervention on female commercial sex workers are needed to promote their usage of condoms.
