摘 要:[目的]建立快速有效减少基体干扰的预处理方法,改善尿镉石墨炉原子吸收测定的效果。[方法]以0.1%PdCl2/0.5%Triton X-100/0.1%HN03混合液为基体改进剂,对尿样适当稀释后,直接用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镉的含量。[结果]方法最低检出限为0.10μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.38% ̄6.62%,平均回收率范围为91.4%~111.8%。[结论]应用本法对345例实际尿样进行测定,结果满意。本法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠。[Objective] : To establish a pretreatment method in order to reduce the interference of the martix and improve the effect for determination of cadmium in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Methods] A mixture of 0.1% PdCl2, 0.5%Triton X-100 and 0.1%HNO3 (v/v) was proposed as the appropriate matrix modifier. After the urine samptcs were diluted with the modifier, the concentration Of cadmium was direcdy detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Results] For the optimized conditions; the experimentally determined LOD (limit of detection)(n = 20) was 0.10μg/L. The relative standard deviations of the method were 2.38%-6.62%. The average recoveries of this method were 91.4%-111.8%. [Conclusion] The optimized methods which are applied to the determination of the cadmium concentration in 345 urine samples aChieve satisfving results.
