变形杆菌菌落计数方法的探讨

摘　　要：[目的]探讨一种更精确的变形杆菌菌落计数方法。[方法]依据变形杆菌的特性,采用SS平板培养和试管证实试验对其进行计数,并用传统的营养琼脂斜面底部冷凝水培养法作参照。[结果]SS平板抑制变形杆菌的迁徙性生长,得到单个菌落,有助于准确计数,试管证实试验对变形杆菌进行鉴别确证,排除其他细菌的干扰。[结论]新方法的计数结果在数量级上与传统方法相吻合,而且计数结果更加精确。[Objective] To study a new method of counting colony of bacillus proteus. [Methods] SS plate culture and tube test were used to screen the bacillus proteus, the traditional agar assay with condensate water on slant botiom was adopted as the control. [Results] Single Colony was obtained from SS plate culture, which facilitated the colony count, and the bacillus proteus was identified by tube test. [Conclusion] It shows that the counting effect of the new method is more precise than that of the traditional.
