摘　　要：提出一种以MapX组件为地理信息系统(GIS)的开发平台,Visual Basic 6.0为系统前台开发工具,集GIS、Mapinfo、空间数据库为一体的电能质量信息管理系统,对其软件的实现进行了分析描述。运用可视化的GIS信息技术,结合电网或输电线路的地理分布信息实时反映电能质量各项指标参数情况,可使电力部门及时、详细、精确地掌握电力系统电网的电能质量状况,正确、合理地评估电网的电能质量水平。该方法基于MapX组件平台开发,配备富有表现力的地图信息,实施空间数据与属性数据的一体化存储与管理。A power quality management system is proposed,which integrates GIS,Mapinfo and spatial database together and takes MapX groupware as GIS developing platform and Visual Basic 6.0 as front developing tool. Its software implementation is described and analyzed in detail. The power quality indexes combined with the geographical information of power network or transmission line are real-timely displayed for the correct evaluation of grid power quality. The system,developed on MapX component platform and equipped with vivid map information,realizes the integrative storage and management of spatial data and attribute data.
