摘　　要：为方便发电厂设备资产管理系统(DLEAM)的开发,设计了专用的统一业务基础软件平台(TIP)。该平台是DLEAM应用系统开发、实施和维护的基础平台,对用户的业务处理、流程控制、决策分析和业务重组提供支持。根据电力行业信息的特点,采用面向体系设计的软件框架,对设备资产管理的各类业务信息及其流程进行建模,通过模型驱动来构架、简化和集成各类业务系统;利用Visual C#语言开发出相应的组件及接口,并根据3层构架技术建立各类组件、工具及接口之间的联系;研究并设计了基于.NET技术的平台专用基础类库,为DLEAM的开发和维护提供技术支持。开发出的平台包含应用集成环境、工作流组态、功能组态、短信服务组态、界面部分组态和用户权限组态等核心内容。TIP（Total Information Platform） is designed for the development of power plant assets management system--DLEAM,which is the basis of the development,implementation and maintenance of DLEAM applications,supporting the tasks of service processing,flow control,decision-making and service reorganization. According to the requirements of power industry,assets management service information and its flow are modeled based on system- oriented software frame,and all service systems are constructed,simplified and integrated with models. The corresponding components and interfaces are developed with Visual C#,and the communication among components,tools and interfaces is constructed based on the three- level structure. The specific BaseClass library is designed based on .NET to provide technical support for DLEAM. The developed TIP includes AIE （Application Integrated Environment）,WAF（Web Access workFlow）,FCM （Function Control SMS（Short Messaging Service）,UIM（User Interface Manager） and SM（Security Manager）.
