Penetration and Grouting Technologies with Freezing Tube

摘  要:介绍姚桥新副井利用现有冻结管射孔注浆新技术的工作原理、方法及有关技术的改进。With application of freezing tubes used for mine shaft freezing sinking, the penetration and grouting are first to penetrate holes in the freezing tubes with penetration bullets, then to inject the grout through the penetrated holes of the tube and to reinforce the strata. This technology was successfully tested in an auxiliary mine shaft of Yaoqiao Mine, Datun Coal and Electricity Company. The overburden alluvium of the mine shaft is a water bearing sand and gravel layer with a thickness of 159 m. The max. depth of freezed shaft was 340 m and the min. depth of freezed shaft was 190 m. A shaft liner at a\ shaft depth of 170 m to 190 m was failed. A grouting section was located at the same section of the liner failed with a vertical length of 20 m. The grouting operation selected six ( 6 ) long freezing tubes with the freezing tube No. 4, 10, 16, 22, 28 and 34 with a hole space of 7 m. The penetration and grouting process is: to lower penetration gun into the tube, to penetrate holes of tube, to lower grouting tube into the freezing tube, to seal top of tube, to have pressurized water, inject grout, to have quantitative pressurized water, to release the seal and lift the grouting tubes. The six ( 6 ) grouting tubes were divided into 3 groups and each group had 2 symmetric holes. The grouting operation was conducted from top to low. There were 34 guns and 358 bullets used for 358 penetration holes with a successful rate of 97.3 % and a nonblasting rate of 2.7 % for the six freezing tubes. The diameter of the penetration hole was 11 mm and 12.5 mm. There were totally 243 t cement, 1209 kg salts and 121 kg triethanolanine used for the grouting operation of the mine shaft. The thickness of the grouting curtain was 4 m to 5.5 m. The density of the grouting was 75 %. The grouting operation has obtained good economic and social benefits.
