摘　　要：目的建立用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定四磨汤颗粒中柚皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(V/V=37∶63),检测波长为226nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为室温。结果柚皮苷进样量在0.1202～1.202μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.27%,RSD=0.73%(n=6)。结论HPLC法灵敏、快速、准确,可用于四磨汤颗粒中柚皮苷含量的测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of naringin in Simotang Granule. Methods The HPLC system was as follows： Inertsil ODS-3 （250mm×4.6 mm,5μm） as column,methyl alcohol ：water （V/V,37：63） as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,UV detection at 226 nm and the column temperature of room temperature. Results The quantitative evaluation showed that the naringin was linear （r =0. 999 8）,with a good linear correlation in the range of 0. 120 2- 1. 202 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.27% and RSD was 0. 73%. Conclusion The method is proved to be sensitive,fast and accurate. It can be used for determining the content of naringin in Simotang Granule.
