摘  要:研究了机床可靠性与维修性,并进行了统计分析计算。结果表明,其可靠度函数呈指数分布,维修度函数呈二参数威布尔分布。平均无故障时间MTBF为449h.平均修复时间MTTR为22.1h.各子系统中,方刀架的可靠性最好,电器系统的可靠性最差;电器系统的维修性最好,主轴箱的维修性最差。上述结果可为机床制造和机床使用提供参考。ln this paper, the reliabilty and maintainability of turret lathe are analysed statistically. The results show that reliability function is exponential distribution and maintainability function is two parameters Weibull distribution. The mean time between failure (MTBF) is 449 hours, and the mean time to repair (MTTR) is 22. 1 hours. ln its subsystems, the MTBF of tool post is smallest and that of electric system is biggest; the MTTR of electric system is smallest and that of headstock is biggest. These results may be referred to for manufacturing and using of machine tools.
