摘　　要：本文首先介绍了企业管理需求与ERP的形成和发展;然后介绍了中国石化实施ERP的必要性、ERP实施情况以及实施ERP所带来的成效;指出中石化实施ERP存在的问题,针对问题提出了相应的解决对策。旨在助力中国石化及我国其他行业企业推进信息化建设,大幅度改进企业的经营管理,实现企业管理提升,提高经济效益,使企业整体管理水平和综合竞争力发生更大的飞跃。First, It introduced the business entermise nanagement need and the formation and the development of the bumess Entermiss Resouress planning. Then, It introduce the necessity of EEP in the Pel;rochemical Company of China. the Implement of the EEP ,the implement circumstance with and carry out the result that the EEP bring. It poines out the weakness of the ERP in the Petrochemical Company of China and it gives some problem-solving way. The Purpose of this Thesis is to improve The Petrochemical Of China and other profession business enterlx.ises push forward information constructon, significantly improve business enterprise promote its management, raise an economic performance, make its＇ whole manage level and Comprehensive competition ability to leap proverbially.
