摘  要:2007年1月9日,云南巧家县"哨口子"35 kV线路发生覆冰倒杆事故,冰凌是造成该倒杆事故的直接原因。通过调查分析可知,线路设计时必须遵照《重冰区架空送电线路设计技术规定》的要求,综合考虑线路所经地段的地形、地貌、地物情况,沿线相对高差、路径走向、架设高度和覆冰时的风速、风向、湿度等气象条件;选线时充分利用有利地形,使路径走向尽量与覆冰时风向平行,是提高线路抗冰能力、减少冰害事故的有效措施。On Jan. 9th, 2007, an icing-caused pole collapse accident occurred in 35 kV Shaokouzi line in Qiaojia County, Yunnan Province. The icing is the cause of pole collapse. The design in such areas should accord to "Technical regulations of transmission line design in heavy ice" with considering the terrain and physiognomy conditions, relative elevation differences, route direction and height along the line, and weather conditions during icing, such as wind speed, wind direction and humidity, etc.. It suggests that during route planning, by taking advantage of favorable terrains so that the line is parallel to wind during icing, is an effective way to improve line icing resistance and reduce icing hazards.
