摘　　要：我国建设秸秆电厂的经验还不多,文章提出在秸秆电厂项目开发和建设中应重点关注以下几个方面:电厂规划布局,电厂规模,秸秆品种和成分,秸秆的集、储、运,秸秆价格,建电厂的主要锅炉设备,工程总投资,电厂上网的上网电价,秸秆电厂的经济效益等共性问题。另外,作者还向决策者提出发展秸秆电厂的政策性建议供参考。There are not many experiences on biomass power plants in China. This paper suggests that following aspects should be concerned in biomass power plant project development and construction： plant planning and location, plant scale, straw type and composition, straw collecting, storage and transportation, straw price, major boiler equipment, total project investments, electric tariff to the power grid, plant economic benefits, etc. In addition, this paper also provides decision makers policy recommendations on biomass power plant development.
