植物源杀虫剂苦皮藤素的提取新工艺研究

摘　　要：通过原料比较,溶剂选取,以苦皮素A的含量及浸膏量为综合指标,应用正交实验设计优选探讨了苦皮藤素的最佳提取工艺.结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为料液比16∶,50℃回流提取2 h,重复提取3次。In this paper,material competing and solvent selecting were discussed.the content of angulatin A and the weight of extraction were used as the assessment index.By adopting orthogonal experimental design optimized,the best extraction process of Celangulin was studied.The results showed that the optimal condition for the extraction was 50 ℃,6∶1 of material to solvent,extraction for 3 times repeatedly and 2 h once.
