摘  要:综述玻璃纤维增强热塑性树脂基复合材料及其界面优化的国内外研究现状。当前改进界面相容性的方法,主要包括树脂基体的改性,如等离子体、表面接枝、玻璃纤维偶联剂涂覆、浸润剂浸润等表面处理。在改善界面性能的诸多方法中,对玻璃纤维进行表面处理工艺比较简单,且随时可调整浸润剂配方和加入其他助剂,如改性聚烯烃,可满足生产的需要。此种方法较适合大规模工业生产,是最具有发展前景的改性方法之一。This paper reviews the recent research achievement of glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin - matrix composites at home and abroad. The methods for optimizing interface compatibility are introduced, including matrix modification, such as plasma treatment, grafting; and glass fiber surface treatment, such as coating with coupling agent, sizing, grating. Among the methods to optimize the properties of interface, the one which treats the glass fiber surface with size not only has the simple technology but also can regulate the formula of size, and some other assistants such as modified polyolefin can be added at any time. Also this method fits large - scale production in factory and meets the need of manufacture. So optimizing interface bond with size is an interface modification method with developing pros- pect.
