摘 要:在HAc-NaAc介质中,α,α’-联吡啶做活化剂下,痕量铜能灵敏地催化抗坏血酸还原偶氮氯膦-I褪色。系统地研究指示反应的最优化实验条件,建立测定痕量铜的新方法。其最大吸收波长540 nm,检出限为7.1×10^-10g·mL^-1,检测范围0-0.35μg·(25 mL)^-1,应用于自来水和茶叶中铜的测定获得令人满意的结果。In HAc -NaAc medium and in the presence of α, α' -bipyidine as an activating agent, a kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) has been established, based on its catalytic effect on the reduction of Chlorophosphonazo - Ⅰ by ascorbic acid. The optimum condition has been studied systematically. The reaction exhibits maximum absorption at 540 nm;the detection limit is 7.1 × 10^-10 g·mL^-1 ; the linear range is 0 - 0.35 μg/25 mL. The method was applied to determine the tap water and tea samples with satisfactory results.
