提示性交班本在骨科护理交接班中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨适合骨科特点的护理交接班方式,简化交班记录,对交接班质量进行控制。方法根据骨科特点设计提示性交班本,规范交班内容的书写,各班次护士根据病人病情进行交班,接班者阅读后执行相关护理措施并签名。护士长不定期检查各班次提示内容完成情况,对交接班质量进行质量控制和分析。结果采用提示性交班本避免了护理记录的重复书写,提高了护理质量,降低了护理工作漏洞的发生率。结论提示性交班本的应用,提高了工作效率,保障了护理工作的连续性和护理安全,有利于护士长对各班次护理质量进行控制。Objective To explore the nursing handover book suitable for the features of orthopedic nursing,simplify the handover records and control the quality of shift handover. Methods The reminding handover book was designed according to the features of orthopedic nursing. The contents of shift handover were standardized ,the nurses in each shift filled in the contents of handover and the nurses in the next shift signed in the handover book after reading and implementation of each item. The head nurses checked the handover book randomly to control the quality of shift handover. Results This practice avoided the replication of nursing records,improved the quality of nursing and reduced nursing defects. Conclusion The application of reminding handover book can improve work efficiency,ensure the continuity and safety of nursing,and facilitate the quality of control of each shift for head nurses.
