摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理的方法与效果。方法在新院运转初期运用系统风险管理方法进行护理安全管理,比较新、老两院同期护理缺陷及差错的发生率。结果新老两院护理缺陷及差错发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实施风险管理,及早识别并杜绝各类风险隐患,是护理安全管理的有效手段。Objective To explore the methods and effect of risk management. Methods The nursing risk management system was developed and applied in nursing safety management during the transition period of the new hospital branch. Then, the rates of nursing defects and nursing mistakes were compared between the old and new hospital branches. Result There was no significant difference in the rates of nursing defects and nursing mistakes between the new and old hospital branches（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Implementing risk management to detect and prevent various risk factors is one of the effective means to ensure nursing safety.
