摘　　要：科学发展观是对马克思主义发展理论的继承和发展,是马克思主义中国化的最新成果,是同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想既一脉相承又与时俱进的科学理论,是中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,认真贯彻落实科学发展观,对于全党、全国人民在新时期全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业的新局面,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。The concept of scientific development is a contribution and development of Marxism and the latest achievement of the Chinalization of Marxism and is a scientific theory that keeps up with the times and inherited from Marxism, Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and ＂Three Represents Thought＂ as well as an important ingredient of the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics. With this, the implementation of the concept of scientific development has great practical and far - reaching historic significance to the construction of a well - off society for all in the new period and the quickening of the construction of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.
