摘 要:运用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法合成了SrZnO2:Pr3+和SrZnO2:Pr3+,M+(M=Li,Na,K)系列新型蓝绿色稀土荧光粉。用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱(PL)、拉曼光谱(Raman)等手段研究了样品的物相结构和光致发光性能。SrZnO2:Pr3+荧光体的激发光谱是一个主峰位于262nm处的宽带谱。其发射主峰位于490nm附近,样品在紫外光照射下发出蓝绿色荧光。SrZnO2:Pr3+荧光体的猝灭浓度为0.1mol%。在该荧光体中共掺碱金属离子Li+,Na+,K+,能增大样品的激发和发射强度。A series of novel rare-earth luminescent materials, SrZnO2 : Pra^3+ and SrZnO2 : Pra^3+ , M^+ ( M = Li, Na, K) , were synthesized by citrate Sol-gel method. The structure and luminescence properties of asprepared samples were studied through XRD, photoluminescence and Raman spectrum, respectively. The excitation spectrum shows a broad intense band peaked at about 262nm ranging from 200-300nm, which is ascribed to 4f ^2→4f5d transition. The emission spectrum of the phosphor is composed of four bands, which located at 490,538,622 and 657nm originating from ^3p0→^3HJ (J = 4,5,6 ), 3F2 transition. Under excitation of UV, the samples emitted blue-green fluorescence. The quenching concentration was found to be about 0. 1 mol% relative to SrZnO2 host. The luminescence intensity of SrZnO2 :Pr^3+ phosphor can be significantly enhanced by co-doped with alkali metal ions Li^+ , Na ^+ or K^+ ions, especially for Li ^+ ion.
