摘  要:目的研究亚硒酸钠与维生素C联合应用对银屑病小鼠模型肝脏、肾脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量及阴道上皮有丝分裂的影响。方法使用昆明种雌性小鼠建立阴道上皮有丝分裂银屑病模型。将小鼠随机分为8组,阴性对照组(A组)、阳性对照组(B组),亚硒酸钠低、中、高剂量组(C、D、E组),亚硒酸钠-维生素C低、中、高剂量组(F、G、H组)。分别给药12d。最后1次给药1h后,腹腔注射秋水仙碱,脱颈椎处死小鼠。取肝、肾组织制备成匀浆,测其中蛋白含量、SOD、GSH-PX活性和MDA含量。光学显微镜下观察细胞有丝分裂。结果阳性对照组和各补硒组小鼠肝中GSH-PX及SOD活性显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.05),MDA的含量与阴性对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);肾中各组GSH-PX活性显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.05),SOD的活性及MDA的含量与阴性对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。亚硒酸钠及亚硒酸钠-维生素C的各剂量组均可显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮的有丝分裂(P<0.05),不同剂量的亚硒酸钠组间及亚硒酸钠-维生素C组间与阳性对照组间差异无统计学意义。结论亚硒酸钠可提高银屑病小鼠肝、肾中GSH-PX活性,促进体内抗氧化系统的作用,有效抑制阴道上皮有丝分裂,且亚硒酸钠与维生素C可能并无协同作用。Objective To investigate the effects of GSH-PX, the content of MDA in the liver and kidney of Na2SeO3 combined with Vitamin C on the activities of SOD, mice, and mitotic division of vaginal epithelium. Methods Female Kunming mice were used to establish the mitotic division model of vaginal epitheliums. They were randomly divided into eight groups: the negative control, the positive control, the low, middle and high dosage of Na2 SeO3, and the low, middle and high dosage of Na2 SeO3 and Vitamin C. The corresponding reagent was administered for twelve five days. One hour after the last administration, colchicines were injected into the abdomen of the mice mice were sacrificed by removing the cervical vertebrae. Kidney and liver tissues were made homogenate , and consecu - then the for determining the enzymatic activity. Simultaneously, vaginal mitotic division was observed under a light microscope. Results Activities of SOD and GSH-PX in livers and activities of GSH-PX in kidneys in each selenium replenished group and methotrexate group were significantly higher than in the negative control group( P 〈 0.05), while the MDA content difference was not statistical significant among them. Both Na2 SeO3 and Na2 SeO3-Vitamin C could obviously inhibit mitoses of vaginal epithelial cells( P 〈 0.05), but no statistically significance was found between them and the positive control group. Conclusion Na2SeO3 could raise activities of GSH-PX in livers and kidneys, promote the effect of anti-oxidizing system and thus effectively inhibits the mitotic division of vaginal epithelium. Na2 SeO3 and Vitamin C may not act in coordination.
