综合治疗双额叶脑挫裂伤的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨双额叶脑挫裂伤的诊断与治疗。方法对33例双额叶脑挫裂伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访半年,根据GOS预后评分,治愈20例(60.6%),中残6例(18.2%),重残4例(12.1%),死亡3例(9.1%)。结论双额叶脑挫裂伤患者应密切注意其意识、瞳孔、生命体征变化,动态观测颅脑CT改变,综合考虑治疗方案,有手术指征时及时手术。Objective To summarize the experiences in diagnosis and therapy for the patients with bruise of bilateral frontal lobes. Methods 33 cases with bruise of bilateral frontal lobes were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were followed up for half a year, according to GOS classification, 20 cases gained the excellent recovered,6 cases were suffered from moderate disability, 4 cases got severe disability, 3 cases died. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the patients with bruise of bilateral frontal lobes. During the therapeutic process, their life sings, consciousness and pupils should be monitored. Cerebral computerized tomography（CT） should be counterchecked dynamically. Those with operative standards should be operated immediately.
